Orange jalapeno sauce

​1lb 12 oz orange marmalade ​​​​8 oz ruby port

​4 oz lemon juice​​​​​2 jalapenos minced

​2 tbsp chili powder ​​​​​1oz minced shallots

​2 tsp soy sauce ​​​​​1 tsp ground cumin

​2 cloves garlic minced

1.5 tbsp infused olive oil -25mg/tbsp (see forum recipe)

Add all ingredients minus infused olive oil and simmer for 5 min

Remove from heat and stir in infused olive oil

Cool to room temp

10mg/oz of sauce
