Truffle Vinaigrette    

​​4oz red wine vin​​

1 tsp truffle oil

​​4oz champagne vin​​

2 tsp sugar

​​2oz water ​​​2tsp smoked salt

​​2 tsp Dijon mustard​​½ tsp ground black pepper

​​2 minced shallot​​1 black or white truffle chopped

6 tbsp infused olive oil 25mg/tbsp (see recipe in forum)

​​22oz olive oil​ev​​

​Mix vin’s, water, mustard, shallot and salt

​Wisk in oils gradually

​Season with salt pepper and sugar

10mg thc per 1 oz dressing
