CHOCOLATE  SAUCE

1 QT WATER

4 LB SUGAR

12 OZ LIGHT CORN SYRUP

1 LB UNSWEETENED CHO. MELTED

4 OZ BUTTER ]

1.5 g high percentage concentrate 

1 tbsp canola oil 

Lightly heat canola oil and concentrate until fully melted and combined. 

Combine water, sugar, and syrup and bring to a boil stirring to dissolve

Boil 1 min and remove from heat and let cool 1-2 min

Melt chocolate and butter and infused oil until smooth 

Slowly stir in hot syrup 

Bring mixture to boil and boil for 4 min 

Remove from heat and chill 

5mg thc per tbsp approximately 250 tbsp in recipe 

*can cut sugar and use sweetened sugar
